The collector may call once to confirm your employment. If an agency decides to bring it to court, it must require a written permission from the creditor and must inform you earlier. An agency cannot contact you if you have confirmed it through registered mail to talk only through your lawyer. You must offer your lawyer’s name, address and phone number.
