Here is some additional information for people that want to get a capital one secure credit card.

After your first 10 billing periods, we'll waive your annual fee for the life of your account and return your security funds (if you have a Secured card). All you have to do is pay your bills on time and not spend over your credit limit.

Capital One Secured Credit Cards Have Rules And Restrictions..
The Capital one secured credit card will usually have an annual fee. As well, the company will often require a deposit of some sort just in case the cardholder misses out on the payments. The Capital One secured credit cards will offer pretty much to same services found with other regular credit cards.

I went into Money Mart while doing some research on prepaid credit cards...

The guy indicated that his prepaid credit card would NOT help your credit rating...

The only way he knew to build your credit was to get a "Capital One secured credit card"...

I was please with that answer.
