Why didn't you make arrangements and paid your loan back? The payday loan company can potentially take you to Small Claims Court sue you, get a judgement, get a court garnishee order and garnishee your wages. Even if they do not go through Small Claims court, they will forward your file to a collection agency. The collection agency will report your debt to credit bureaus and you credit will be ruined. Collection agency can also sue you on behalf of the payday loan company. Does it worth ruining your credit for a couple of hundred dollars?

Well I just emailed the consumer people with the whole tale, and went looking for all those lovely business cards he left at the house. Somehow in my distraught state I managed to save every single one of them!! Anyway thank you so much for all your help and letting other people know about all this! I think tonight I'm going to actually sleep a little and maybe try to enjoy the lovely Christmas season!! Thank you Mr Monty Loree!! For the first time in a long while I've kinda felt a little less alone in all this.
