I can sympathize with your situation and know exactly your problem. No payday loan company will advance you any funds because you have no employment income. The reason for this position is that if you were to default on a loan, under the Canada Pension Plan Act ( Federal ) or under the Ontario Disability Support Program ( Provincial ), non-government entities, such as Payday Loan Companies are prohibited from garnishing your income from either of these two sources. That means, they have no recourse to recover an unpaid debt or loan. With employment income, they could sue the debtor, get a judgment, and enforce the judgment by garnishing the employment income.
My suggestion to you is to contact your bank on Monday, ask to speak to the Manager, and request an overdraft of $100, perhaps even $200. If you have been receiving CPP and ODSP for over 5 years, this should be an easy decision for the Manager to make.
I don't know if you have any credit cards, but if you don't, I strongly suggest that you get a Secured credit card from Capital One. They will GUARANTEE you a SECURED credit card for a deposit as little as $75 with a limit of $300. You can then use this card as an EMERGENCY source of funds and you can then withdraw funds up to your limit from any ATM.
I hope this explanation and suggestion will be of some help to you.
