It is very difficult to convince the customers and to satisfy them with the products available in the company without appropriate communication skills. Their main job is also to track the market and its environment. They should also know the customer’s needs and wants. They should always think in favor of the company and not about their department alone. They cannot act according to their needs independently.

Hence asking the others is always a good option before making important decisions. A technician would know the customer’s minds better than an executive .Hence marketing department should always take the advice of the rest of the employees of the company who might know some information which they do not know.
