The Credit dispute letter for Canadian citizens starts in the usual way of addresses and the regular salutation and greeting to any of the various officers that were mentioned above in this document. Then the person includes his personal numbers and the credit report information and the disputable fact that has been found on that piece of report. After the explanation of the disputable fact, request either for the removal of the item from the report or to add an explanation in the report. The enclosures for this letter include photocopies of the disputable credit report, proof supporting the fact of dispute to the authorities. Then the provincial regulator or the FPC would have to take action based on that.
