The reason this site exists is to create advertising revenue from credit card promos for the owner. Other people are left to contribute for free. Don't know why you haven't figured that out yet. But yeah, Steve is convinced the forum is there for him ............ and will be here until the men in white coats arrive.

Well we really only have the lawmakers to blame because they do not enforce despite numerous complaints.
A law with no teeth is no law at all.

Well, if you ever watch a bunch of jackals, hyenas or other scavengers feed on a carcass, you'll see why they don't pay much attention to manners or rules. Last vulture in doesn't get to eat.

Mohsen, the fact that you have to come onto forums like this just shows that you are paranoid about the reputation that your company has throughout this whole industry.

In my time at DCA, I witnessed and practiced many violations of the collections act under a horribly unprofessionally managed office. You are very lucky that a lawsuit was not filed against you in the few months that I worked there. Not only did you allow the mistreatment of debtors but you have put the licenses of many of your employees at risk, as well as foolishly putting your company in the line of fire as well. I do not understand how your company is still allowed to exist. The training I received there could have gotten me in a lot of trouble had I not learned that what I was doing was prohibited by the province. If there is anyone who is reading this, who has a file in DCA's office, make sure you read through the Collections Act to verify if everything they are doing is legal because it may not be. I felt like calling the Ministry to explain my experience with you, but why bother when someone else probably will another day.

This company is also not employee friendly at all whatsoever.

Mohsen, you need to take an HR class and learn how to talk to people and treat them with respect then maybe your agency will prosper one day.
