I thought you meant "discharged" when you said you were "cleared." in Feb. of 2007.
I guess it's a different ball game out there now compared to 15 years ago with bankruptcies. You're more attractive to some creditors than if you were saddled with a consumer proposal or a bunch of R9's. Creditors don't have to worry about other competitors for your payments.
Nordon will try to bluff you if they can, but it's all a moot point whether or not it was included on your bankruptcy, as the 6 year limitation rule would apply in Ontario both for Nordon to start legal action and for it to be included on your credit report.
However, you may want to clear it up for moral reasons as opposed to reasons of legal necessity.
