This is one of the best companies providing the best mortgage loans. They approve the loans before they check out the credit account, Sometime they allow the people who have somewhat bad history regarding their credit account. With the development of our technology, We can contact our mortgage lender through online also. It is one among the most trusted companies here in Canada.

that's interesting... i still haven't heard of a 50 year mortgage...

the problem with a 50 year mortgage is that it won't be repayable by most people..... if you're 35 years old and you take out a 50 year mortgage, will you be able to make payments when you're 85 years old?

Monty, is that you? How y'all doing? Say hello for me to our cousins JeanKarla. and Juicer10. They always were the smart ones. An' don't y'all forget your uncle Jonathanpaul. He's the real sharpie in the clan. Great moderators. They grow em' that way in Saskatchewan.

I agree with you Richard; that renting is way cheaper on the long run and if you put the difference away, at the end of the day you will be ahead of the game.

A 50 years mortgage? What a waste of money; I think renting (and putting the difference elsewhere) would be far more cost effective way of spending money money on shelter if you can't afford the standard amortization schedule.

Compounded interest is powerful. Last time I checked a $260k mortgage would cost almost $900k over a standard 25 yr am. at around 5%.

Does that same $260k mortgage cost the consumer 2 million or more over 50 years?

Matt or Vic can you chime in?

50-year mortgage is being introduced to us by many lenders and credit companies such as Centum LaBuick.com Inc. They are the first to introduce the 50-year mortgage produce which is now available in Canada
