I recently went to the doctors and had my yearly medical. It's actually been a few years since I had my medical but in that period of time, my business has been a little extreme causing me to gain weight, high stress problems etc.

The tests came back that I had high cholesterol, most likely because of my sitting on the couch lifestyle. Work all day, and then go home and sit on the couch watching TV.

Anyway... long story short, my policy is up for renewal in a few months and I've got high cholesterol. I spoke to my agent about it and he said that I may have to take a new medical. This will definitely increase my life insurance rates. For the fact that I'm 10 years older and I'm overwieght and have high cholesterol.

The most frustrating part is that high cholesterol and losing weight is just something i'm not going to quickly do! Arrrgghh
