I have to say, I'm learning LOOOTS right now about credit. I'm reading "Credit Revolution" by John C. Heath et al..... I've read lots on websites, including this one, and I've just ordered a copy of Douglas Idugboe's "Credit Miracle for Canadians" (on your endorsement, actually) and I'm waiting for it to be delivered.

I'm learning a lot, but most of it's not geared towards Canadians and as I understand it our consumer protection laws are said to be substantially more toothless re the credit industry. That's why I’m interested in reading Canadian-focused books after I’m finished Credit Revolution.

To that end, I'd like to also order your two ebooks "Collection Agency Kung Fu" and "DIY Credit Repair Ebook" and read these while Mr. Idugboe's book is being delivered.

I understand there is a discount for purchasing both books. If I just purchase both books will the price be automatically reduced, or do I need to click a link..... basically, how do I get that discount to apply?

Thanks, I feel pretty confident. I've sent away for my credit reports which I've never looked at in 7 or 8 years, so I don't know how bad it is yet, but I know it's not great. But I'm pretty confident that I can improve it enough to get a card secured against a GIC (yes, you answered my post in that thread as well, thank you). That's a starting point.
