Yeah, either that or they're a collection agent just being themselves.

Complainer Hater,
It's 6:15 am on Sunday morning and I wake up to these posts on this site.

You need help. You need some anger management.

In my experience, people who take the time to get on a site like this and start complaining themselves need some sort of help.

When people lash out like that it means that you're lonely and need somebody to talk to.

I'll invite you to stay and talk, however, you need to be constructive and NOT use the language.

I'm not going to go into my speech about the fact that people get into situations where they have problems debt wise, etc etc.

I sincerely hope some day that your job or business doesn't crash and that you wind up on the other side of the stick. That would be embarrassing for you to have to come to a site like this looking for help.

Hey Karen,

I can't imagine the trauma of your husband leaving in any setting.

I'm glad you talked about that. That's a life experience that could possibly throw a person out of kilter and make bill payments a secondary priority for a while.

This is also the case if people go into the hospital or are ill for a period of time.

Collection agencies need to know this stuff and be way more understanding to people.

Thanks for sharing.

Karen,

My pleasure,
Generally for detailed questions about credit reports I can offer a 1/2 hour phone consultation for $35.00.

Usually when people get their credit reports and see them for the first time, there are tons of questions.

It took me looking at a few hundred credit reports to see most of the issues that arise.

Please do stay in touch and let us know what happens with iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency .

Best wishes..

Question: You said your husband left you for another man in the U.S.?
If so... that would just add to the emotional drain of this whole process!
If not, that's got to be pretty hard on the system anyways.

Monty
Thank-you for all you help I must admit that the credit report is confusing. If I call iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency will they tell me why they are requesting my report and can I ask them to stop? should I send a registered letter to that fact??

This discussion is getting a little beyond my scope.

My recommendation is to contact your bankruptcy trustee and ask them for specifics about if you would be responsible or not.

If you named ALL of your debts and co-signed responsibilities in your bankruptcy I would think that should be all you needed to do.

And.. if that is the case, the collection agencies shouldn't be making inquiries on these old debts. They should be easily removed from your credit reports.
