Having said that.....if she has no assets in her name there is nothing to attach a garnishee too in the event she was successfully sued.

Statue of limitations

Doe anyone know the statue of limitations in New Brunswick
My wife has a Canadian Tire Mastercard which now has a balance of 10,000 dollars after 4 years of no payments.
CBV collections has sent a letter from Cindy Cohen barrister and solicitor demanding payment in full or a Notice of Claim will be sent within 30 days.
My wife has no income,she is on a fixed CPP of 70.00 per month.
Please answer my question above.
