Roger's Wireless O9 opinions.

Hi Everyone

I ended up with an R9/09? derogatory tradeline on my credit report due to an error a few years back with Roger's Wireless, I contacted their billing department via email explaining what happened, they sent back the following reply. What are the chances are they will re-report the account as R1/O1. Paid as agreed?

We do apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you and

understand how this may make you feel. We would like you to know that

this is not the intention of Rogers and is not the way Rogers chooses to
do business. This sounds like human error to the account and we

apologize on the turn of events.

Like you have stated and we have reviewed your account, there is in fact
no record of the event of the time you have contacted us to change your

credit card number.

At this time you are still able to make a payment to the account, we

have 2 separate numbers that you can reach our customer service from

Monday to Sunday 6am-2am EST while you are overseas.
