Well, Loblaw's (aka "President's Choice Financial"...?!) finally realized the error of their ways in assigning my (admittedly) delinquent account back to their own in-house "collection agency," (One wonders if iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency will still try to collect their share of any repayments...?!). Meanwhile, iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency has probably spent
a couple hundred simoleons trying to collect a sixty-buck fine that I'm firmly convinced I already paid...!

First...my apologies! The post was NOT meant to offend...but to demonstrate how operations like iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency can and will take advantage of any human qualities to harass their "chas-ees!"

Second...and I may be wrong here...most iQor, Inc formerly CBCL - Canadian Bonded Credit Limited - Now Iqor Collection Agency "chas-ees" tend to be ordinary Canadians, and as such we probably make considerably more income than do the call-centre personnel. It wouldn't surprise me if the firm pointed that out to their call staff, just to make sure they would have little or no sympathy for the folks they were calling!

If one is running a collection agency, one does NOT want the staff saying (or thinking), after they hear the explanations of the debtors..."Oh, that's too bad, I'll have to make sure you aren't
called again..."...!

Thanks for the vote Peabo, but I think the position rather unnecessary.

I wouldn't mind "moderating" a Fedor - Crocop, Pride/UFC mix rematch though. As long as I didn't have to fight the winner - or the loser.

I'll look and see how hard it would be to give somebody moderator status on this system.

I simply can't read and judge every post.
I scan them for the most part, however, to decipher what upsets people is another story.

Anybody interested in moderating let me know.

Bryson had a legitimate concern. Barr's comments should have been removed right away because they're disgusting as well as insane. However, there's no further point in getting off track about the ramblings of a guy who has lost his marbles. Visitors to the forum see this balderdash and they never come back. The CFWG website would never tolerate even one of Steven C. Barr's posts, let alone 20.
