Nice to hear from you again. Yes I'm not in love with this bank, I actually complained just recently to the ombudsmon again and waiting to hear a response. I probably won't get one, but hey that's CIBC for you. LOL. :)

This is a neat little survey I found while surfing the net, which ranks the "big 5" banks in terms of overall experience. Not surprisingly I noticed that CIBC ranked last and did very poorly on the survey.
