RE: Questions For Mark Silverthorn; Stir the Pot not the Cauldron

I get the feeling with Silverthorn that the skunk theory might apply. He might be wearing a different suit now but underneath there is still a smell of skunk.

Questions For Mark Silverthorn - Stir the Pot

Postby Raymond » Wed Oct 15, 2008 09:24:08 PM

Well, ok I might stir the pot occasionally, but it's NEVER [except for my last post] just for the sake of stirring it, but only with intention of saving people money.

Natale Law Office: Nobel Prize in Vulturenomics

Postby Raymond » Wed Oct 15, 2008 02:13:28 AM

Did you try calling her at home? Her home phone number and address are listed earlier on in the thread. After all, you are just trying to return her call on business after she asked you to.

I too am in dealings with the "Natale Law Office" - got a letter in the mail last week - have been trying to return their phone calls - have called AT LEAST 15 times and only get a voice mail. Stopped leaving messages after 10 tries. Also sent lots of emails - still nothing. What the heck is up with these people - and not only that - I am taking care of my debt directly with the people that I owe it to. Not sure how she got involved in the first place.....

Natale Law Office Wins Nobel Prize in Vulturenomics

Woops, sorry. I forgot that Arrow Financial Services US Inc. bought up some loans from Citi Financial and Natale got her pincers into them. But she also represents Citi Financial and Global in addition to many other clients. So who exactly she is acting for is difficult to say.

See the Sept.10, 2008 post (in the above link) by the cancer stricken senior I referred to earlier who really got shafted by Natale's office. All the more reason to be leery of the vampires there and not believe a word they say. It seems that many of these loans her emissaries (using phony names?) are bamboozling people over may be stats barred.

I don't know the details of these bought up loans that she's still sending out stupid "Draft" Statement of Claim Form 7A's over. But if they are stats barred in the location they were taken out in, then I don't know why people are not downloading a complaint form from the Law Society of Upper Canada's website and filing it over her threatening phoney legal action which she knows is impossible. That's a violation of the LSUC Rules of Professional Conduct (See Rule 2.02(5)). Also, she's not allowed to threaten legal action be held at the portable Small Claims Court, 855 Major Mackenzie East Drive, Richmond Hill, Ont. That jurisdiction would not be allowed for most cases unless, coincidently, the cause of action arose there. It's scheduled for demolition but I'm not sure if the eyesore has been torn down yet.

Unless you guys out there take action, she will continue this ridiculous behaviour. Perhaps, the senior's loan (in the link above) was stats barred already and he paid needlessly. Impossible to say, as he included no details.

Anybody on the planet should be leery about paying her money.

Not too sure who AFS US is. Arrow Financial Services? Alternative Financial Solutions?

RE: AFS US Inc

Postby nchurchman » Thu Oct 09, 2008 05:18:29 PM

I have been reading all these posts in regards to Natale Law offices and there various employees. I myself am in dealings with them right now, but I am having second thoughts about this whole thing.

My story is the same as everyone elses, so no need to revisit the same story. But I received a phone call from there offices today in regards to clearing up my outstanding debt.. The same outstanding debt that I have been paying for the past 4 months..

I enquired into why they were calling me about an issue it thought we already had an agreement with and she quickly cut me off, said goodby and hung up...

After this phone call I was kinda disturbed by this and decided to do some research and I found this site...

Anyways I came home looked through my files and this law office is collecting for AFS US Inc, but here is the kicker I am paying Global Credit Collections.. Is this common practice, cause I am kinda leery on paying these guys more money then I already have...

RE: Paid in Full and No release letter or response

Whether you live in Ontario or not, fill out this online PDF form and send it in with supporting documentation to the Law Society of Upper Canada.

http://www.lsuc.on.ca/media/helpform.pdf

Where they ask what you are seeking as a result of your complaint, tell them that she repeatedly refuses to send you a release and because of all her other well publicized exploits, you are afraid she will come after you again later for a trumped up amount. (She might.) Also you are requesting that they review her practice.

Do it tomorrow.

Paid in Full and No release letter or response

Postby frota6034 » Tue Oct 07, 2008 05:19:35 PM

I had an outstanding credit card debt that was pretty steep. I began making payments a year ago. I missed two months and when I contacted Natale (about 8 calls and e-mails) they told me the file was closed. Thrilled, i thought the time had lapsed and that I did not have to pay the remaining $3,000. We went to renew our mortgage a month ago only to find out that I still owed this money and that a renegot. mortgage was NOT going to happen. To make a long story short I paid the amount in full on September 19th in order to allow us to do this. Now, NO one at Natale will answer my calls or e-mails (I mean three to four a day) and there is NO release letter. I feel like they have stolen all this money from me. There is NO info to my bank that I have paid and he is not able to give us a new mortgage. I have two weeks left before we have to do bridge financing which will cost us an arm and a leg and feel totally trapped. I am considering driving out to their office (taking a sick day) but wonder if anyone actuyally even works there.

I have no idea what to do in order to get this letter to my bank. Did they really just take this money? If so, who can I contact. I really cannot afford my own lawyer and honestly, I don't know how successful that would be. It all feels like a bad dream.
