I have been emailing and calling since i settled In Feb.2011. I have all my original settlement letters, my proof of payment. Even taped conversation because the woman i spoke with barely spoke English. I have emailed several times to " Thiwank Gamage" This is the person whom originally emailed me my settlement that we agreed upon. I made th paymenbt by the date and time and never recieved my final letter and its still sitting on my credit.

I have never ever had such awful customer service within a company. I have printed all of my emails between myself and Iqor and yet NOT 1 single response back. The least they could have done was respond back to 1 and give me somethign to go on. I even went onto your website and pulled the email address of there and still...no surprise not 1 single response back.

Now i am mailing all of this into the head office hoping that soemone has some decency and will respond back to me.
