I'd say yes. They'd be silly if they did not accept. And if they don't want to accept. Tell them thanks, and I'll just wait for it to drop off of my credit report. done and done. They get nothing and it's like it never happened on your credit report.

Thank you, i was thinking between 25 to 45%, base on experience if you have, do they accept any amount close to that range?

It is really up to you at this point. They can't sue because of the SL(2 years in Ontario). And it will drop off of your credit report next year (debts will appear for 6 years). If you want to settle this.

Hey, i have a debt of $2000 with this agency, account was from 2002 and DLA was in 2006, i was wondering how much should i offer them, i rather settle this and not keep been a negative on my credit report?
