Thanks for the link to the Pitkin interview. Unsurprisingly, it features Mark Silverthorn, Deanna Natale/Global Credit and Collections, and, of course, Brian Pitkin. What a coincidence!

Anyhow, Pitkin's lame psuedo-responses exemplify the reasons why I so vigorously lobbied for his replacement in my earlier posts. Unfortunately, my efforts were greeted with apathy as are Silverthorn's.

After watching marketplace its easy to see why the vultures get away with what they do. That Pitkin is a useless piece of crap, with his skating around without actually answering the questions. Also putting all the blame on others rather than himself.As long as he is in that job not much will be done about cracking down on the illegal stuff that goes on.
