Aside from the FlexTerm Insurance I have mentioned with my last post, Assumption Life is also offering two other life insurances which is the T-10 Plus and the Youth Plus. Here are the details of the respective insurance policies.

T-10 Plus is for people aged 18 to 65. The Initial premium stays the same for ten years. Automatic renewal will happen every ten years until reaching the age of 80. At the time of renewal, premiums will be adjusted depending of your age. You may convert your existing insurance into a permanent life insurance until the age of 65. You are guaranteed with death benefit, that is, the full amount for which you are insured is guaranteed and will not decrease during your 10-year period.

Youth Plus life insurance grants coverage up to 25 years of age. This shows that your young adults will be able to focus on their studies or prepare for a career rather than worrying with regards in procuring a life insurance.

Youth Plus also offers your children with guaranteed insurability. Thus, they can continue their coverage even if they develop certain health problems. This particular guaranteed insurability allows your children, once they reach 25, to change Youth Plus into permanent or term life insurance regardless of their state of health and would not need any proof of insurability. Moreover, Youth Plus provides a living benefit if incase your child happen to be ill, allowing you access part of the policy’s face amount in order that you may care for your child without draining your financial resources.

Postby JeanKarla » Tue Jan 18, 2011 05:21:17 AM

Assumption Life has been in the business since 1903. Over the years, the assets and number of policyholders have increased. The goal of providing 10,000 policies was reached in 1929, and company assets totaled $1 million in 1938. After twenty years from that period, La Société l'Assomption had $100 million in life insurance policies in force.

Flex Term is one of the insurance policies issued by Assumption Life. This plan is flexible given that it has a 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years of coverage. Another product is the T-10 Plus. This insurance has exclusive benefits which are not provided with the Flex Term Plan. For young adults who wish to be secure at their young age, Youth Plus plan is available. This is offered to individual only having the age of up to 25 years old.
