I don't like rogers but we need to take responsiblity for our own actions.

Gee I wonder how much you public relations bloggers are making to deflect disgruntled customers from sharing their bad experiences with greedy, petty tyrant owned corporations like Roger's.

Neither, just tired of the whining from people how its always the creditors fault.I defaulted on twenty debts and not one of them were the creditors fault. If you took too long to pay then its your fault not the creditors.

What's my fault that Roger's failed to continue providing a service that didn't suck due to poor customer support, no signal problems, and failing to record the payment plan I notified them about so that it need not go to collections? Is that my fault? Did Roger's suddenly need more then I was already paying per month because I was canceling my account???

You must either work for Roger's or you are a brain washed zombie.

Don't blame rogers for your mistakes, blame yourself.

Rogers bullying debt collection tactics

Postby growledpro » Mon Aug 30, 2010 02:30:08 PM

Roger's cooperation sucks people's lives for money!!! I just looked at my credit report and lost 50 points on my credit rating because Rogers put the balance to collections who reported an outstanding balance of $150 to the credit bureau resulting in a 50 point reduction in my credit rating. This happened after I was paying my bill as agreed. Apparently it took too long to pay $600 balance over 6 months. Prior to that I was a good customer for over 6 years. Moving to an area where the reception was poor I had canceled my account that I was paying $100 per month on. I still paid $100 per month after canceling until paid in full. So Rogers wireless will take your monthly payments on a balance but if their 'computer calculates' that you take too long they will attack your credit rating. This is done automatically and irreversibly even if you explain your payment arrangement to customer service in advance like I did.

So whoever is in charge of Rogers now
