whether this is legal or not, it is not advisable to have such kind of transaction because it do have a high interest rate. this will surely put you into trouble in the long run. we all know that once you are not able to pay off completely your balance then it will be subjected for interest charges. these interests charges are added into your account and could accumulated into a large amount which will eventually be difficult or impossible to settle.

these days credit card companies are very pleased to give cash advances. You pay the highest amount of interest from day #1. so it's lucrative for the credit card companies.

I do not recommend somebody using their credit cards for income... it will certainly bite them in the butt later on.

This activity is perfectly LEGAL. Once you take a cash advance, you can do anything with it including giving it away, spending it at the racetrack. throwing it down the nearest sewer or making a payment on a line of credit. NO PROBLEM

I know someone who is unemployed and using their line of credit to live on.......heres the kicker this person is paying their line of credit with teir line of credit (taking cash advance on their line of credit to pay monthly on same line of credit) ........besides being very stupid isnt this illegal
