Correct. It seems Marcus Tsaferis is a legitimate broker. Doesn't seem to be anything legitimate about "Juicer10" though.

Go to any Bank of Montreal branch. They also offer a 5 year fixed mortgage at 3.89%. What's the big deal with Morcan?

"Juicer10" must be a smart guy. He joined the forum at 2:42 AM Central Standard Time on August 9, 2010, and within 20 minutes and 56 seconds managed to "juiceup" 10 posts on 10 separate threads. (Hence the moniker?) That's superhuman - or cyberhuman. I wonder if he's a real guy. I wonder if you're a real guy.

Hey Juice! I truly believe what you have stated. That's what I did in order to get a great deal for my mortgage! I honestly at this moment tho still haven't found any better then a 5yr fixed at 3.89%. That's what I got on one of my properties. Like I said, I don't fall for any of that BS marketing.

I as a home owner like the fact that you can see all the present rates, mortgage information and all that on billboards, signs, commercials, and all those other markteting things but their is a lack of explanation. That's the main reason I didn't go with a bank or any bank in fact. The main goal with these corporations is to HIDE all the fine details and give you a unreasonable rate. I am not a sucker for this stuff so I did some MAJOR research and the best place that I could find for low rates and great service was Morcan Direct. A mortgage brokerage which was their for customer's like myself that didn't or don't know to much about mortgages but understand the basic's. Personally, the rates their are better, the service is excellent, I actually enjoyed getting a mortgage with them (Not something you can say about other places). Morcan Direct is by far ahead of the mortgage world today, Please save your time and give them a call! I promise you won't regret it!

Just thought you guys should know about this place.
