why would you file a dispute with transunion for ARO charging you a dollar to your account? unless your debt was originally with Transunion, there is no way they could do so. Collection agencies don't actually apply the funds owing to the account; the client that hires them does. So whoever is charging you the dollar is not ARO, it's whoever they are collecting on behalf of.

I had a dealing with them as well they charged a dollar to my account for something I had paid so I filed a dispute with transunion and they failed to respond to transunions request and it was removed entirely from my account as if it had never been there!

i am being called from ARO about my Avon account.

After numerous times i get called and cant speak to nobody, i finally get the speak to a guy, who asks a partner if they want to talk to me.. great start tss...who then tells me i have to pay avon.. then when i tell him i actually cant pay the amount asked right now, he tells me within 2 years you didnt do any payments..and he tells me, call back when you have money to pay and hungs in my face while im asking him a question to know my account number with them and all..

when he calls about 3 weeks later (today) and AGAIN he hangs up in my face again when i try to speak to him. this morning i have the prooof in my eyes that i did do payments to Avon within the last year.. i call back and get a girl on the phone, tells her that i been hung in my face 2 times within a month from that place.. she says sorry and all.. she stayed polite and all, but wasnt understading the point im making about my case.. telling me to find another job or ask money to my friends and all.

if the same guy calls me again, its gonna be my turn to hang up in his face.
