Hey thanks for responding .... It was small claims ... I am not still employed with the place that he thinks I am with ... he has no address phone number of POE.

I just want to know, if he goes through the process and finds out that I am not at that job can he then come back and sue me for those court costs as well ... I am continuing to make small payments .... Which is all I can do right now.

Well you have to have someone file the judgment with the BC courts.

Was it small claims or supreme? And does this person know where you work in BC?

I have a judgment against me ... I am in BC the judgment is from Alberta. I am making payments , but the guy who sued me is threating a garnish.
any idea's how easy it is to transfer a judgment to another province.

This was unsecured just an x ...lol...not a bank , or business .
