Accounts Paid

Hi,

How many years does an account that was paid off in full take to "drop off"? 3 years or 6 years?

When I was yonger I thought that the terms of my OSAP student loan and my "regular bank" student loan included the same 6 month grace period. I was wrong and now a big nasty mark on my credit report.

Update freeze requested by credit grantor

I paid off the entire amount outstanding.

How long will the "update freeze requested by credit grantor" last? Any thoughts on how to improve my situation?

Thank you!
