Yes I do agree with Accredited on one thing....

"People with honest credit concerns should read all this and learn what not to do"...

I have no problem with being the "sub-prime example" for a country, as long as it serves a purpose and teaches others what pitfalls to look out for.

The U.S. subprime mortgage crisis was a set of events and conditions that led to a financial crisis and subsequent recession that began in 2008.

Canada does not need the same thing to happen here in the future...

The responsibility falls on the financial institutions, regulators, credit agencies and government housing policies, not the consumer !

Sarah's story:

"Long story short. Wr bought a car from autocredit superstore and financed through carfinco. 9 months later Ted calls us to refinance with scotia dealer advantage. We go in sign some papers and he informs us that scotia will send carfinco a payout check. That never happened. Ted had scotia take out a whole new car loan, never sent carfinco the payout and took off with our money. once carfincos payments kept coming out of our account we went to go see ted and his office was packed up and gone. Carfinco has a recording of Ted saying he has their money but just never sent it.

So now we are paying 2 loans on 1 car and we dont even have the car cause it was a lemon. Needs 6000 dollars in work done. So OMVIC has informed us we have a wining case to get reimbursed but we nees to find Ted to serve him papers. We have spoken to lawyers and a judge to get an extentipn they all say we have a strong case juat cant find the him.

So we had to buy a shitty old car just to get around. No dealership will sell us a car becauae of theae 2 loans. We are young with a 2yr old girl. We need this solved asap this has been going on for a little ovrr a year.

Then one day i came across your blog and youtube video. Thought I would get in contact with you".

"This guys doesn't understand that a credit application or disclosure for the purpose of obtaining credit is not binding to the actual conditional sale agreement/contract."

I hope TD investors are paying attention to Accredited's ramblings...

Needs to be investigated immediately. Along with his use as a scotiadealeradvantage member... Caveat emptor

RE:.......................... Reassignment of Property

Postby Accredited » Thu Oct 17, 2013 11:13:35 AM

Out of curiosity I went and skimmed thorough the supplied transcripts.
Didn't read the whole thing but parts I did catch we're comical from all the grovelling and probable crying and weeping and pleading.
Its PURE COMEDY!!!

Any rate seems the 'evidence to suggest' is now 'evidence of proof'

Reassignment of "SECURED PROPERTY' while actively under contract with a registered PPSA Act is...... you guessed it!

The reassignment may not have been addressed and/or points made and/or the discovery of deceit during the deposition but that does not dismiss the actions did not occur and does not dismiss the facts any further legal action of wrongdoing.

Furthermore it should be understood that he has blatantly told un-truths about his position 7 posts down with his claims of not true, not true, not true - so much for any credibility.

Its not surprising he clearly misinterprets and has no idea to and is totally clueless as to the Bank Act, Electronic Commerce Act and any other law. This guys doesn't understand that a credit application or disclosure for the purpose of obtaining credit is not binding to the actual conditional sale agreement/contract.

Try to teach this dude about contract law would be like talking to a rock.

In the end all we have is a career credit delinquent seeking a platform to further justify his habitual tardiness(yes I said that already).

Forums such as this should be used as a tool and a resource for those who really need assistance with credit issues and how to further educate themselves on how to service their financial obligations.

Not to promote ways to try 'screw' the financial institutions and/or influence posting members on how to circumvent systems, policies and protocol.
There is no doubt this individual will continue to do such as long as this platform allows it. Which further degrades the forums value from information and data that its passed by real credit worthy responsible members.

Forum webmasters should not allow the continuance of dragging down this forum into the wormhole

page 65 buddy, pay attention, grab another coffee.
"A copy of the invoice was faxed." Quote taken from Dilligent bailiff services.

Exhibit 11 ( read carefully the quotations )

And if you had the 26 pages of TD history, you would understand that they did indeed receive this "Missing bill" verified 9/27/11 at 10:54am

But you don't have the 26 pages, and I do. Again, Over your head. Why don't you go get some left over turkey and make yourself a sandwich before bedtime... Either that or call Dilligent for a copy of the bill, Columbo....Better yet, just call TD themselves and ask for it. I'm sure the boys on the 12th Flr., TD Tower could use another "Honest Abe" on the case.

For the last time: Nov 13 to be continued...

Yes. IF this, and IF that... IF,IF,IF. That's all you got. One big fat IF ?

If you tell me your full name, first and last, I may give you the bill.

If you call baker and baker, as I already told you, they may give you the bill too. It was already presented at the day of trial on sept 17 2012.

Why are you not asking for the emails between privacy and complaints and senior council, why are you not
asking for the 26 pages of history from the bank, why are you not asking for the emails between me, the salesman the dealership and associates ? Why are you not asking for the emails between me and the ombudsman ?
Why are you not asking for copies of motions ?

All you want is a bill ? Let me post everything else first, then I'll show you the bill.
The bill has never been missing. It's right there with the bailiffs letter of intent and all the rest of the evidence
leading to TD's attempt to extort... Are you sure you're not a used car salesman too ? "Honest Abe" LOL...
