Travel Rewards Credit Cards continue to be the most popular type of credit card in Canada. Priority Club MasterCard from Capital One is the most important card.

I'm not sure if there is an exchange site on the net for canadians, however, I don't think you can exchange these points otherwise.

In this discussion forum they're talking about exchanging aeroplan points.
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/air-canada-aeroplan/17921-points-com-points-exchange-need-your-advice.html

It seems that points.com exchanges aeroplan and other canadian rewards programs.

They were talking about the exact same question on redflagdeals.com
http://forums.redflagdeals.com/mbna-travel-rewards-into-aeroplan-points-854971/

Someone made a good point... it might be worth a call to MBNA customer service to ask them if they exchange points to aero plan points.

I have the MBNA Travel Rewards Platinum card, I have saved enough points to travel to the next province in Canada. I may use it to go see my sister in Fort McMurray..

the main thing to know is that i pay off my balance at the end of each month.. I would not want to pay interest on this card because it would make the points really expensive.

It's nice to know that I can travel for free using my points..

I had this same question. I want to travel to South America next year.
I spend about $1000-2000 on my credit cards each month for my business. I thought this might be a good way to save up some points.

The questions I've got are:
If I only save up a portion of the points required can I still use them? How is this possible.?

Which credit card will help me save the most points and quickly.?

JeanKarla, you seem to be knowledgeable.. can you help me with this.

Your right 6536167.. The CIBC will give a welcome bonus of 15,000 Aeroplan Miles when you are going to use your new Aerogold card for the first time. Aside from that, you can 1.5 miles for every dollar you spend at gas stations, grocery and drug stores. It is also applicable if you spend on any Fairmont Hotels and Resorts worldwide. You can also have an access to every available seat on Air Canada including their executive class.

Another amazing thing about this card is that CIBC guarantees that you will not lose your miles due to account inactivity for 12 months.

I have the Areogold card, you also get 15000 points when signing up, which is enough for a flight right off the bat.
