Once again, the MTO is the licencing authority in the province, besides the courts, of course. If they say your licence is vailid, it's valid until such time as they notify you it isn't.

Call the Medical Review Section of MTO directly at 416-235-1773. They'll tell you what your status is. You might want to avoid blurting out everything you've posted here about your doctor etc. Just ask them what you status is and leave it at that. Also, you might be on hold for a while because they have a lot of callers to deal with.

If the MTO says you can drive, you can drive.

Okay hubby went to the doctor he was told not to drive till all the test results came back . Two are still out standing he goes back to the doctor July the 8th Question when my husband called MTO the doctor never sent a letter and his license isn't tagged no driving due to medical condition We never got a letter stating what we had to do to show he can drive He has not driven since may the 8th So my question is can he or cant he drive and if he cant why isn't it showing up on his driver record So far all the tests have come back normal
