OMG now they have another company. They have Financial Debt Recovery Ltd now. And just a few days ago the other company sent me a letter requesting I do a financial analysis.

It states for me to take notice that, "our Client" has placed the referenced acct or immediate collection proceedings.

I can see that it is intended to scare me and well frankly I am a bit nervous!!!

The interest has been stopped so I am thankful of that. I will send them a letter tomorrow asking them not to phone me and to communicate via mail.

Even if it went to court, given your finances the court would make a very reasonable payment plan....probably around 50 a mth and you could ask for an order to stop interest building as long as you did not fail to meet those payments. Or at the very least, lower rate.

Don't know what makes you think I work for a company. Just an average joe who has been through this before.
But my advise to you would be do it yourself as long as you feel comfortable.
Makes little sense to hire some pair of lips to do your talking who in the end will charge you about 20% of the total debt with no real guarantee.
