Just an update, I have sent income statement and support documents to the previous lawyer and file a copy with the court last November.

I just received call from an out of province law firm that they want me to resend them the documentations. The reason is Debtor has changed lawyer to them.

My question is can I ask them to send me documents on the change since the income statement has lots of my private information.

We are not planning to sell or remorage anytime soon . anyway, leaving now to court. Did not sleep at all last night, hope all will be fine since I am willing to pay what I could now and if I found another job,I'll pay more, I want to stand back up again.

Unless your wife co signed on the debt she is not libel nor is your son to pay anything. Only your income is what is required and payments will be based on that.

New settlement conference is tomorrow. I have all my bills and paystab ready, could not get hold of wife and son's paystab but have wife 2012 IRA to prove her income. Anyway, I hope this time they will allow me a manageable payment terms instead of a default judgement. Don't think I can steep tonight. :(
