I was just researching the capital one website, and noticed that they have the following benefits for their rewards and cashback plans.

Can I transfer rewards between Capital One rewards cards?
REWARD MILES
You can transfer your rewards between Capital One Reward Miles accounts. Please note that while you may receive reward transfers from Cash Back accounts, you cannot transfer rewards to them. In order to transfer rewards, the transferring account must be in good standing (not in default, closed or suspended) at the time of transfer. All reward transfers are final.

CASH BACK
You can transfer your rewards from your Cash Back account to other Capital One Reward Miles or Cash Back accounts. Your account however can only receive transfers from other Cash Back accounts. In order to transfer rewards, the transferring account must be in good standing (not in default, closed or suspended) at the time of transfer. All reward transfers are final.

I just found this post here about points.com. As I suspected this out a lot for Canada. I just checked out the points.com website, and most of the partners listed were not Canadian by nature. There was Starbucks which is in Canada you should have asked Starbucks if they participate between Canada and the US

I saw this article on the CBS news.com, and even those American and I was relevant.check out the video at the link below where they talk about the best use of miles and the fact evening and vastly different amounts of value for your existing points.

It's a good idea to compare and shop before user points because you could actually gain several hundred dollars by shopping first and see what you ask to get with your points.

They also talked about points.com, and said that you can actually transfer points from one program to another. I haven't checked to see if this is available in Canada. I'll do that right away

Can I transfer my air miles to my aeroplan account?

Postby CCQuestions » Mon Mar 22, 2010 02:08:03 PM

I would just wondering if I could transfer my air miles points to my new aeroplan account? I'm thinking of switching credit cards from American Express to say CIBC aeroplan and was wondering if it's possible to transfer my air miles to my aeroplan account?

This would be nice because I don't have enough air miles to complete a trip, and I don't want to use the air miles on anything but travel. But if I switch or two and aeroplan account, I don't wanna lose my air miles.
I am a Canadian-Money-Advisor.ca account, which asks good questions.
