Thats news to me then, and I ran a call centre 10 yrs ago for the Management Board Secretariat (aka Ontario Student Loans)

Check in with Johnny LeBlanc on that student loan chat forum, he is very active there and a ex student loan collector. He has made a business (CFW) of becoming an expert on student loans.

Bankruptcy and Stats Barred Student Loan

I have read somewhere that filing for bankruptcy is an acknowledgment of a student loan and starts the 6 year clock ticking. My question is " Does the clock start ticking when you file for bankruptcy or when you are discharged from bankruptcy?"
