Yes unfortunately it is. Actually to the best of my knowledge there are no remaining Credit Bureau Reporting offices. Equifax, I believe, has now bought them all out. This too causes confusion as banks for example will tell you to contact your local credit bureau which does not actually exist anymore.

CB of Canada Collections and Credit Bureau Collections Ltd. are two differenct companies. The website link to Credit Bureau Collections is the Ltd Company and CB of Canada.
