Good advice! I'll def include that!

It's funny...I was just reading over some of the last letters I've written for others (and myself) regarding legal matters (nothing even closely related to this, btw), and I was thinking of how, when I get through this, I must pass on the knowledge...just as you're doing. It's such a complicated web an an overwhelming situation for those unaccustomed to it, yet with a few posts, you've managed to point me in the right direction and lift my spirits!

I know I can handle this now, and it will be all thanks to you, average_joe!!!

Thanks Again! I write back tomorrow and I'll keep everyone informed of my progress!...

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!!!

We are here to help people that needed. I settled twenty debts in the past few years and you get to learn a lot along the way. If you can get revenue canada to drop the interest, then you will not need to file for bankruptcy. I would also include in your letter to revenue canada your other debts so they can see how serious you are about filing for bankruptcy.

Thanks! All I needed was the right push in the right direction from the right person!

I'm going to get to the letters now, but I'll check in tomorrow and let you now how things go!

I can't thank you enough!

Sheila!

No, but I will. I hate to sound so unresourceful, but as I mentioned in an earlier post....I'm flustered...although now I'm excited as well and ready to deal with this!

Did you try customer care and ask them if you could fax the letter to them so it can be forwarded to the right department?
