30 calls a day should be reported to Consumer protection... that's definitely harrassment.

If you’re getting over 30 telephone calls a day; I would get a telephone recorder and record all the calls.

Do you actually answer the calls? The number of calls is only regulated after they make initial contact. Thirty calls might still be an issue under the general harassment provisions and also the use of autodialers might be an issue. In the late 80s / early 90s legislation was passed limiting the types of autodialers that could be used and who could use them. I don't have any more information on that unfortunately.

well, how about over 30 telephone calls with auto-dialer within one day to my HOME phone? seems that they (FDR) are breaching every rule/law/etc.

I'm not promoting that we post individuals home numbers... only if the number is from their business... If we're posting home phone numbers, we could be in violation of pipeda regulations.

does anybody has direct/semi-direct or private phone #s from some management, like Andy Wood, Nicholas Papeo or others
