While I agree with Bill in the statement that cooperation is wise, if the agent you are currently dealing with is acting in an inappropriate manner, choose not to deal with that person. As to speak with her supervisor, and explain that while you are willing to cooperate in oder to have the problem corrected, you refuse to be treated with any disrespect.
I am an agent myself, and do not agree with the use of foul tactics to acheive response. Totall not necessary.
Either way. The agent is likely asking for a report on financial disclosure to ascertain a payment plan. We are required to answer to our clients when it comes to stuff like this, and they usually have strict payment plan authorization restrictions. You dont have to disclose full details, like what you have in the bank, or where your bank is, but it would be wise to let them know that you have X amount of debt already being paid and so therefore you can only pay X amount per month.
