A HELOC is a mortgage - We have seen TD list 1st and/or 2nd mortgages on credit reports.

RE: removeal, IMO, no chance and yes it will hurt your credit rating if you made prior payments late.

Richard, yes its a TD mortgage
its not a line of credit or anything, its a mortgage.
There were a few late payments being reported on there, will that hurt my rating? Can I force them to remove the listing?

We have noticed here over the years at our company that some TD mortgages show up on the credit report. Its mostly seconds in the form of a home equity line of credit. No other banks seem to do that aside from TD.

Mortgage Info showing up in Credit Report

I noticed on my Equifax credit report that my mortgage payments are being reported.

I was under the assumption that mortgage payments were not reported to the credit agencies. Any idea why its there?

Also it is only showing on Equifax, but not transunion.
