How about stop talking to them or hire a lawyer. You don't have a wage to garnishee (from your previous posts) so stop worrying. In BC you garnishee a persons payroll and you can't garnishee government assistance.

Were you ever served papers to attend court on your debt? If you were not, there is a good chance there is no judgement, unless they couldn't find you to serve you the court documents at the time. If you can find out where in your area they register the judgemnets, you can search your name and see if have a judgment. If the search comes up negative, then the person calling you is bluffing. In most cases they are bluffing so they can get you to pay them.

Are they still calling you about this payday loan bill?? They threatened to sue you in February and haven't done anything at all... doesn't sound like they're much more than talk.

Change your phone number and you don't have to be fed BS from them anymore :)
