Differences between mortgage broker and traditional bank mortgage lenders

I was speaking to Joe today regarding some key differences between mortgages brokers and traditional banks and their services.

Joe has mentioned that the mortgage brokers in Canada have the ability to be more flexible with regards to some of their services than banks.

Joe, please drop by and explain some of the differences to our readers.
