Has anyone dealt with them? I have a few payday loans that I have defaulted on, and while I am more than willing to clear up the debt owing to the loan companies, I cannot pay the $2220.16 immediate being demanded by a Mr. David at Paul Kupferstein & Associates to prevent an apparent law suit and fraud charges.

When I contacted one of the loan companies to verify that they indeed did send the file to this apparent law office, they said that they did and that I'd have to deal with Kupferstein & Associates. I don't want to. I want to deal with the loan companies directly.

How am I to get this jerk off my back? He's called me every day with the same threats.
