What were the specific problems you had that they were unwilling or unable to help you with?

I've dealt with First National and have had no problems, either with the service in general or the customer service reps specifically.

I'd definately be interested in hearing more about your problems with them.

I hope people stay away from getting a mortgage from this comapany.I find most of the customer service reps are rude and are not shy about hanging up on you.I even tried to compalin to the public relations person and of all people she should be very polite, instead she was rude from the time she answered the phone. We as canadians should not be giving our money to any corporation that comes across rude.I think they forget if it wasn't for us their company wouldn't exist and they wouldn't have a job.
