Could anyone suggest/recommend a book or website that explains retirement savings to someone who is a complete lay person with limited understanding of financial terms? I'm a banker's daughter, but damned if I understand all the mumbo-jumbo surrounding retirement savings.

My husband and I have kinda realized in our early thirties that we should have been saving, and are plotting to get that started. (consider the delay in starting a retirement savings account/fund/sock under mattress one of my many rebellions)
