Not until that individual apologizes to me. I will not sit here and take insinuations from someone like that, not now and not ever.

Re:I was wondering if you’re related to a former member named Raymond.

I asked you a simple question yes or no. I didn't need a two paragraph response with all the drama in it.

Nice baseless accusation there average joe. I hereby demand an apology from you regarding your suspicions. While I enjoyed reading Raymond's posts and found him to be highly informative and accurate, I am in no way related to him.

Now apologize immediately to me, as publicly as you made your baseless accusation. And I do not think it very appropriate of you to insinuate that the former member known as Raymond was in some manner unsavoury.

The complaints will keep coming in against Paul Kuperstein and others, and still they will go on as business as usual. I can tell you one thing about lawyers they know their stuff and all the loopholes in the system. I find when people complain and they get their debt settled with the collection agency, people tend not to follow through with the process anymore. I was wondering if you’re related to a former member named Raymond.

I do not know the exact process or the length of time of the process, but the communication I personally got (and another member here as well got) indicated that they have a constantly growing number of complaints and he has received several reprimands. Which face it, is more than you can say for the Consumer Affairs. What their next step is is up to them, but the number of continual complaints doesn't look good for Mr. Kupferstein.

Again, try going to the Law Society website to see what they do when it reaches a certain point instead of asking someone who doesn't actually work for the freaking Law Society and so wouldn't know beyond what she was told directly or what she sees in the link she freaking provided you. Or pick up the phone and call them and ask that question in general terms.

I do know, because I LOOKED AT THE LINK I PROVDED, is that more than one lawyer has been suspended for other infractions.

Did Paul Kupstein and Associates get punished enough that he couldn't do anymore business or make any money after you complained for a period of time?

Natale Law Office falls under the strictures of the Law Society of Upper Canada, NOT Consumer Affairs.

When I registered a complaint against Paul Kupferstein and Associates with the Law Society (because Kupferstein is a law firm and allows a collection agency to pay him to use his name), I got positive results from the Law Society. The Law Society takes any and all complaints VERY seriously.

Like I said (which it seems you've ignored, no surprise), go to the website for the Law Society of Upper Canada and read the stuff here:

http://www.lsuc.on.ca/regulation/a/discipline/

Registering a complaint with the Law Society against a Law firm who engages in Collections is very effective indeed. You aren't dealing with the government like you are with Consumer Affairs.

Pay attention to what I have been saying please, it gets VERY freaking annoying to explain things to you several times over.
