Natale Law Office falls under the strictures of the Law Society of Upper Canada, NOT Consumer Affairs.
When I registered a complaint against Paul Kupferstein and Associates with the Law Society (because Kupferstein is a law firm and allows a collection agency to pay him to use his name), I got positive results from the Law Society. The Law Society takes any and all complaints VERY seriously.
Like I said (which it seems you've ignored, no surprise), go to the website for the Law Society of Upper Canada and read the stuff here:

Registering a complaint with the Law Society against a Law firm who engages in Collections is very effective indeed. You aren't dealing with the government like you are with Consumer Affairs.
Pay attention to what I have been saying please, it gets VERY freaking annoying to explain things to you several times over.
