The automated system agencies can use can be real useful, but are also a real PITA! They use systems like Global Connect, I think Allied uses it. It gives you a number to call back on, and because the system is pumping out calls like mad, the voice mail system on the general line is usually filled up pretty quickly with very angry people who wait sometimes hours to speak with an agent. Believe it or not, but I feel for the people who are wrong numbers, staying on the line to tell the agent it's a wrong number. I remember having to do it with President's Choice. A real bitch indeed.
