Do collection agencies have the right to do a credit check without authorization?
I've been looking over my credit reports. On my TransUnion credit report, under the "Inquiries" section, I see two inquiries from collection agencies - one from 2005 and another from 2007. Of course, these inquiries will stay on my credit report
