• The Use of e-SignLive by Card Processing Services (CPS)

At present, CPS (CPS) is the first credit card processing company in Canada that uses e-signatures in processing its merchant contract.
The company launches its e-SignLive cloud-based electronic service with its intent to improve customer services by offering clients faster processing of contracts and to prevent signing errors which slow down the processing of contracts.

According to CPS president Michael Karaguezian, signing of documents cause delays in the payment of credit cards balances because documents are printed in old machines and not all fine print or signature are legible enough to pass the evaluation process. He states that with the use of e-SignLive, credit card companies can prevent such flaws and help customers transfer to a more effective and efficient payment processing system without delay and with spending valuable time waiting for approval.

eSignLive enables companies to convert their contracts into PDF format which are then linked to e-SignLive and then sent to clients. With it, customers do not need to travel and convene with the credit card companies to transact business because they will just read the contract online and sign the contract online. More so, the process is recorded from the beginning of the transaction up to the signing of contract.

e-SignLive not only improves customer service, but it also augments administrative procedures and sharpens its competitive edge as well. Moreover, the scheme provides companies of all sizes different credit card processing schemes at competitive prices compared to those provided by banks. The system not only lowers credit card payment processing rates, but it also increases the merchant’s profit margin by 20%.

Furthermore, the new system also prevents signing errors and simplified the credit card payment process for customers, thereby eliminating the hassle of waiting for several hours or days just to get your payment approved.
