Wow..
What do you say at the beginning of a new year?!
Only 7 years ago in 2000 people were worried about Y2K... That's getting to be close a decade ago..
My goals for this site in 2007.
To have more Canadians, on a personal level, become familiar and aware of their credit and debt situation.
Let's have a good year learning the following:

My goals for this site in 2007.
To have more Canadians, on a personal level, become familiar and aware of their credit and debt situation.
Let's have a good year learning the following:
- Our credit agreements
- How to contact creditors, collection agents, regulators when we have credit problems.
- How to properly have an offensive strategy should our credit get into a bad situation.
- Which creditors, collection agents etc are regulated, and by which levels of Governements. .. Provincial or Federal.
KNOWING WHO REGULATES WHAT IN 2007!
I will do a little more work on that this year. I keep telling people to contact Consumer Protection if they have a problem with creditors and collection agents. The reason being that all types of credit, collection agencies, banks, payday loans, bankruptcy, credit repair, credit bureaus are all regulated by different Acts by different levels of Government.
Combine that with the fact that there are 10 different provinces with different Acts each.
So much to learn, so little time to talk about it all!
I want to wish everyone the best in 2007!
